New FEBS Journal paper: CDIN1–Codanin1 interaction disrupted by CDA‑I mutations
Our new study, the first author - Martin Stojaspal, shows that CDA‑I‑associated mutations disrupt the high‑affinity CDIN1–Codanin1 complex, revealing a molecular mechanism that may underlie chromatin defects in congenital dyserythropoietic anemia type I. Read the paper in The FEBS Journal: Anemia-associated mutations disrupt the CDIN1-Codanin1 complex in inherited congenital dyserythropoietic anemia I (CDA-I) disease.
Our initial results have been immediately referenced by Jeong et al. and Sedor & Shao and in Nature Communications
